2024 Big West Baseball Schedule Announced

HONOLULU – The Hawai’i baseball team’s 2024 Big West conference schedule was released Monday, a 30-game slate that will feature 15 games at Les Murakami Stadium.
 
The Rainbow Warriors are coming off of their second straight winning season in Big West play under head coach Rich Hill, the only two seasons the ‘Bows have finished over .500 in conference play since joining the league in 2013. Hawai’i went 18-12 and finished in fifth place in 2023, ending the season on a nine-game home conference winning streak thanks to sweeps of Long Beach State, UC Davis and UC Santa Barbara at Les Murakami Stadium.
 
UH will open the 2024 conference season March 15-17 at CSU Bakersfield before hosting UC Irvine, March 27-29, after taking their conference bye week. The ‘Bows will then hit the road for two straight weeks for series against UC Davis (Apr. 5-7) and UC Santa Barbara (Apr. 12-14) before returning home to play Cal Poly (Apr. 19-21).
 
Hawai’i then heads back on the road to take on defending Big West champions UC San Diego, Apr. 26-28, before coming home for back-to-back weekends against CSUN (May 3-5) and UC Riverside (May 10-12). UH closes out the regular season with a road series at Long Beach State from May 17-19 before hosting 2023 NCAA Tournament team Cal State Fullerton, May 23-25.
