CHP: Major delays on eastbound Bay Bridge after driver gets out of car, fires gun

SAN FRANCISCO — Traffic was backed up on the Bay Bridge going eastbound due to police activity on Tuesday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.

According to the CHP, a woman got out of her car naked and began shooting a gun. Law enforcement arrested the woman, and began investigating in the area.

There was a partial closure of the eastbound lanes near the toll plaza, but the lanes were soon reopened. However, there were major impacts to traffic headed out of the city on the Bay Bridge.
