Q My mother died in November last year. She was a widow at the time and lived in her home right up to the time of her death. While no-one lived in the home after my mother’s death, we only sold her home in September this year. The home has been vacant for the most part of 2023. Must the Vacant Homes Tax be paid on my mother’s home this year?
