Last Days to Nominate a CRE Finance Expert

Date:

Do you know an accomplished industry professional or company that excels in debt, equity and finance? Submit a nominee for GlobeSt.’s Rainmakers recognition before October 13th!

The past twelve months have not been pretty for arrangers of commercial real estate debt, equity and finance.

The Fed’s steady increase of interest rates have taken a toll on the cost of debt, and tightening lending standards have made a difficult job all the harder. Granted, being a rainmaker is not as difficult as it was in the years of the Great Recession, but closing deals has become distinctly more difficult compared to even a year ago.

This is the environment that the men and women who navigate these markets—either as lenders or as arrangers of debt and equity transactions—find themselves in right now. However, these professionals are utilizing their skills and industry knowledge to drive sophisticated deals across the finish line, and we can trust that their expertise will carry them through these tough moments.

Aiming to shine a spotlight on these finance professionals, GlobeSt. is seeking individual pioneers who have impacted the industry through their efforts, as well as organizations and the teams within that have become critical to the industry through their expertise. GlobeSt. will profile these top experts as the 2024 Rainmakers in CRE Debt, Equity and Finance.

The extended nomination deadline is October 13, 2023. To nominate, click here.
