Cameron Ramsay, the son of Duncan and Patricia (Crane) Ramsay was born in Fall River, Massachusetts on November 8, 1986. After his father’s death, he and his mother moved to Tiverton, RI. Cameron loved growing up in Tiverton. He enjoyed playing youth soccer, basketball, and baseball. He was also on the Tiverton High School tennis team and later enjoyed playing in an adult Whiffle Ball League with young men that he had grown up with.

While Cameron had poor motor skills as a young child, this did not stop him from becoming proficient in sleight of hand. He loved the time he spent in the “magic world” with his friends in the Rhode Island Society of Magicians (RISM). He especially enjoyed the opportunity that came his way to work in the production of a pilot episode of Don’t Trust Andrew Mayne, a magic series that appeared on A & E.

He graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor’s degree in Communication. His communication and people skills made it possible for him to play key roles in political campaigns on the town and RI state senatorial levels.

Cameron was pre-deceased by his father Duncan. He is survived by his mother and her partner William Callahan, his aunt and uncle, Garnet (Ramsay) and Victor Taucer, and many cousins and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him!

Visitation will be Wednesday, October 25, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River.

His funeral will be held Thursday, October 26 at 9:00 AM from the funeral home, with a Funeral Mass in Holy Trinity Church, Stafford Rd. Fall River, at 10:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Cameron to St. Anthony Shrine, 100 Arch Street, Boston MA, 02110 Attn: Development Office, or online at https://stanthonyshrine.org.
