We are currently looking for a Learning & Development Intern to join our HR Finance and Audit Team based in Milan.
You will work collaboratively with the HR and Finance departments and you will support in providing the best solutions for learning and development. This role within the HR department will be perfect for anyone with a strong interest in both Finance and HR topics.
How you will contribute

Contribute to the implementation and management of learning initiatives part of the Finance Academy

Support in the preparation and logistic organization of training/learning events (e.g. track enrollment requests, communicate with attendees, manage waiting lists and cancellations, set up logistics, support during events, etc.)

Support in the creation and definition of a specific learning catalogue for Finance teams as well as in the creation of a learning path to support skills development

Extract data for Learning analysis and monitoring of relevant KPIs

Develop communication assets, such as videos and posts, to promote initiatives internally

Help in managing training evaluation surveys

You have a master’s degree preferably in Economics/ Finance

You are interested in Learning and Development topics, with a project management and problem-solving approach

You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools in particular Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus

You are a detail-oriented person, able to regularly meet challenging deadlines

You are proactive & curious, with a think-out-of-the-box attitude

You are an effective and positive team player with excellent communication skills

You are fluent both in English and Italian, with a good level of French
