He blasted 44 home runs in fewer than 500 at-bats while striking out 167 batters in 132 innings on the mound. Ohtani joins a Dodgers lineup that already features Mookie Betts and Freddie Freeman, who are both future Hall of Famers, making Los Angeles the early favorite to win the World Series.
