LOS ANGELES (KABC) — Southern California on Friday will see mild temperatures and sunshine in the afternoon, followed by a chilly winter night.
Most of the region will be in the 60s through Saturday, and some showers are possible Sunday.
Los Angeles and Orange counties Friday can expect clear skies with breezes and a high of 66 degrees, dropping to 44 at night. Similar conditions are on tap Saturday.
The valleys and the Inland Empire Friday will see a high of 68 with some breezes. Temperatures plunge to just below 40 degrees at night.
Beaches Friday will see breezes with a high of 62 and surf up to 6 feet.
Mountain areas will see a high temperature of about 43, dropping to 15 at night. The area will be very cold at night for the next several days and snow could return Sunday.
Deserts Friday will see some gusty winds and a high temperature of 57, dropping to 26 at night.
