Triplets visit all 50 states by 25th birthday

A set of triplets from Colorado celebrated recently celebrated turning 25 while also accomplishing a traveling milestone.That’s because the trio have completed their goal of seeing all 50 U.S. states by the time they were 25 years old.”We just kind of grew up in a road trip family,” Jacob Bendalin, one of the triplets, told KFYR.The siblings have traveled together since they were children, seeing several states together and with their parents. Some of the states they’ve seen on their own, according to KFYR. Their visit to North Dakota on Wednesday, Aug. 16. to see their 50th state was special because they were together. “It says the final frontier because it’s our last state,” Jacob Bendalin said.They were joined on the North Dakota trip by 14 of their friends.”We’re triplets. So it’s definitely been an adventure all throughout our lives. But sharing this experience has been has been definitely one of a kind. And the reality is that we’re sharing our lives together and this is just another way to do that,” Cameron Bendalin, one of the triplets, said.The siblings turned 25 on Aug. 17.Madeline Bendalin, another member of the sibling trio, said the people of North Dakota made their journey, and their birthday celebration, a pleasant one.”We’ve been so pleasantly surprised by the people here, just the views we’ve seen, the National Park — we just had such a lovely time and definitely want to come back,” Madeline said.The trip has been worthwhile, according to the triplets.”It’s definitely been an amazing experience and you know, all the locals love talking with us and meeting new people it’s been great,” Cameron said.
