Trump’s bigger problem | News, Sports, Jobs

Date:

Trump certainly has his share of legal problems with his ninety-one criminal felony charges by four state and federal grand juries. Granted grand juries can be one sided affairs and final determination of guilt or innocence generally lies in a formal trial.

Trump’s bigger problem to attain another term as president may be the Fourteenth Amendment of the constitution. Section three of this amendment could potentially bar him from being president or holding any civil office. This determination will likely be finally resolved by appeal to the Supreme Court who which make the final decision. If Trump is found guilty on some of his felony charges by a jury and sentenced to prison or bared from the presidency through adjudication, how will his supporters react? Will they support the laws and constitution of this nation?
